We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Please refer to our Refunds & Returns policy . Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

Once we receive your item and a refund is initiated, major credit card providers generally take 1-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Contact us via our contact page as soon as possible. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Your order will be shipped and delivered within 9 to 20 days depending on where you're located. This period includes the registration of your order, its preparation, its shipment and its delivery. 

Please note that shipping may take a little longer during peak purchasing periods such as Christmas.

We're greateful that we've never had a situation where a customer hasn't recieved an order.

You will recieve a tracking code shortly after you make your purchae. The tracking code will provide you with up-to-date information about your package and what stage of delivery it's in. If in the odd case, it gets stuck or it doesn't get delivered to you, please contact us via our contact page and we'll get this sorted.

In the unlikely chance of receiving a defective item, please take pictures of the product which shows defects clearly and contact us via our contact page so we can address this for you.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package. You will be able to track delivery through our Order Tracking page.
